  • 8:00am: Registration packets and weight tickets will be available; registration packets must be completed and weight tickets MUST be filled out with exhibitor information and ear tag number prior to weigh in
  • 9:00am: All animals and shop projects must be unloaded and in assigned pens
  • 9:00am: Weigh in Begins with swine followed by goats, then steers. Broilers are weighed as they arrive
  • 9:00am: Judging of Commercial Heifer Record Books
    Judging of Commercial Heifer pens will take place following judging of record books
  • 10:00am: Commercial Heifer Interviews
  • 1:00pm: Results of Commercial Heifer Show announced
    Market Show to begin immediately following Commercial Heifer results
    Show Order: Broilers followed by Swine
    Select Swine Showmanship will follow Swine Champion Drive
    
    
• Friday, March 7, 2025
  • 9:00am: Judging of Ag Mech/Shop Projects
  • 10:00am: Market Goat show begins
    Select Goat Showmanship will follow Goat Champion Drive
  • 1:00pm: Results of Ag Mech/Shop Projects announced
  • 1:15pm: Begin Cattle Show (Halter Heifers followed by Steers)
    Select Beef Showmanship will follow Market Steer Champion Drive
    
    
• Saturday, March 8, 2025
  • 9:00am: Grand and Reserve Champion Steers, Goats, Swine, Chickens, and Commercial Heifers MUST be back in the barn
  • 1:30pm: Buyers Reception and Awards Presentation begins
  • 2:00pm: Livestock Auction begins

**ALL animals must be out of the barn by 9:00pm
